Don't Feed the Bag Monster! by using this limited edition reusable bag by ChicoBag™. Starting in 2005, Andy Keller, ChicoBag founder, had been using a huge ball of plastic bags to show people how many plastic bags an average American uses yearly - and one day he decided to wear it. Thus was the spawning of the first Bag Monster (costume that is).
