WHY IS THE COMPANY CALLED CHICOBAG?
ChicoBag Company is nestled in the northern California town of Chico. Chico is 3 hours north east of San Francisco and home of the Wildcats, Sierra Nevada Brewing and our friends at Klean Kanteen! Chico also means small in Spanish and all ChicoBag® brand reusable bags are small enough to fit in your pocket.HOW DO I FOLD MY CHICOBAG® BRAND REUSABLE BAG BACK INTO THE POUCH?
Our fabric allows for easy opening and stuffing. No special folding is required. The pouch is either sewn into the seam on the interior of the bag or doubles as an interior pocket. Simply grab one of the handles and begin stuffing the bag into the pouch! Can you beat 8 seconds?

We have an active repurposing and recycling program for all brands and types of reusable bags. ChicoBag® doesn't want ANY reusable bag to be left in a dark closet or sent to a landfill.Send us all of your tired masses of reusable bags, functional or not. ChicoBag® brand reusable bags are manufactured in China.As a fully participating company of the Fair Labor Association (FLA), we actively support fair labor and workplace standards throughout our entire supply chain. ChicoBag® Company is a full Participant Company (PC) of the Fair Labor Association.
The Fair labor Association works collaboratively with colleges and universities, NGOs, and socially responsible companies to improve the working conditions in factories around the world.
Participating Companies make a sustained corporate commitment to the FLA by bringing their entire supply chain into the FLA program. When they join the FLA, PCs commit to fulfilling the 10 FLA company obligations, including submitting to unannounced independent external monitoring (IEM) audits, and enforcing the FLA Workplace Code of Conduct in their supplier facilities.
As an FLA Participant Company we hope to instill confidence and assurances with our suppliers, consumers and staff that we are currently and will continue to manage the environmental and social issues associated with the manufacturing, selling, use and repurposing of all products we sell.
