RETURN POLICY

You may return new and unused ChicoBags™ or other products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must have their original tags still attached.  Please call 530-342-4426 and press 3 for our Customer Service department to obtain a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#), which is required for all returns. Please also have a copy of your invoice ready.

All items need to be received before a refund is issued. You should expect to receive your refund within 4-6 weeks of your return.
