Systems Administrator

ChicoEco, Inc., home of the ChicoBag Company is helping humanity bag the single-use habit. Our vision is to create an awareness and start positive conversations that connect people in solving the single-use waste problem. The Systems Administrator will be responsible to govern and provide all administration and maintenance to ChicoBag electronic management information systems and functions. Job Description: Systems Administrator reports to the CEO/President. This position is primarily computer based. You must be able to sit for the majority of your work day. You need to be able to safely lift up to 15 lbs with proper body mechanics.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant Systems Administration experience. BS in Computer Science or related field desired.
  • Salesforce or CRM experience strongly desired.
  • Excellent computer skills and understanding of how web applications work including security, session management and development best practices.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in the following web programming tools and languages: HTML, CSS, Javascript, ASP.NET, C#, SQL, SQL Server, and IIS; as well as the following Salesforce/CRM tools: Apex or Java, Process Builder, validation rules and work flow rules.
  • Understanding of Object Oriented Design and Programming.
  • Experience with analytics, network diagnostics and troubleshooting issues.
  • Understanding of Management Information Systems (MIS) best practices.
  • Experience with training and instructional design concepts.
  • Commitment to social justice and the mission.
  • Well organized, analytical and detail oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage projects with competing deadlines.
  • Self-starter that can prioritize and work independently and within a team.
  • Can-do attitude, desire to learn and ability to diagnose and solve problems.
