RETURN POLICY

You may return new and unused ChicoBags™ or other products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus original shipping charges. All items must have their original tags still attached. Please call 530-342-4426 and press extension 3 for our Customer Service department to obtain the case number for your return. You can also email in regarding your return and receive your case number via email.

Only if your items are damaged or incorrect upon arrival do we offer a free UPS return call tag for the inconvenience. For additional information, please call into customer service or email us at customerservice@chicobag.com/info@to-goware.com and you should receive a response within 1-5 business days.
